Quick Cable Cowl Knitting Pattern

This basic cowl pattern knits up quickly for an experienced knitter and easily for a novice. As written, it uses a single 100g hank but can be quickly adapted for a larger cowl to use more yarn.
Pattern Requirements (as written):
120-130 yards (or 100g) Bulky weight yarn
Sz 10, 24" circular needles
Cable needle, Tapestry needle, stitch marker
Finished measurements of blocked cowl for as written pattern is approximately 9" tall x 12" wide laid flat.
Skills recommended: Knit, Purl, purl 2 together, make one stitch
